How to Prevent Foot Odor in Shoes: Simple Tips
Smelling socks and shoes is a common problem in both Winter and summer. Some time the bad odor doesn’t vanish, even after washing feet and changing socks and shoes. If You are facing this problem you can get rid off bad foot odor using following tips.

  • Wash your feet everyday with antibacterial soap, and Scrub them thoroughly between your toes. Use warm water
     
  • In winter for this purpose and Dry your feet with "Hair Dryer" completely after washing.
     
  • If possible change your socks daily and also wash your socks with good antibacterial agents.
     
  • Always use cotton socks instead of polyester/ nylon socks as they don't absorb sweat properly also make sure that socks are fully dried. Use "Hair dryer" to dry socks completely.

     
  • Use antiperspirants to your feet to control moisture if your feet sweat excessively.You may also use antiperspirants specifically designed for feet rather than underarm products. You can also use antibacterial talcum powder to your feet to control bacterial growth.
     
  • Do not use same shoes after two days, if possible, also dry your shoes with "Hair Dryer" to remove moisture.
     
  • Use leather or canvas shoes that breath. As air minimize the bacterial growth that causes odor in shoes.
     
  • Always repeat step 1 before going to bed.
